Not all new challenges will succeed or be overcome. In fact, you may fail more than you succeed, but that’s okay as long as you learn from your mistakes and grow. There is no reason to sit on the sidelines and do nothing for fear of failing. Laying the foundations for the future is essential in order to achieve sustainable growth.
Through trial and tribulation, patience and focus, GEP takes deep pride in the commercial operations of our trophy asset, the Minbu Solar Power Plant, in September 2019. Despite the current headwinds, we continue to move forward with the remaining phases of the power plant progressing well in its construction.
GEP continues to adapt to the fast and changing times, with technology advancing at a unprecedented pace and becoming a crucial part of our daily livelihood and quality of life. 2022 will be a year where we venture into more technology based investments which include smart technology, blockchain and cryptocurrency, and to find our footing in this New World.
Our management vision is to achieve sustainable growth by helping solve social issues. We rely on the trust of our stakeholders and realize that raising our corporate value and ensuring sustainable growth of society as a whole are closely linked. We also hope that we have laid the pathway for more carbon neutral and renewable energy initiatives and to play our role in the path to Net Zero carbon neutrality.
