Qualification:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Lead in project development and implementation according to the timeline, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule.
Present updated project information to Executive committee, Board and external parties
Lead in refine solutions and propose to the Management, as well as execute to solve or prevent issues on a timely basis in all aspects
Lead the team in preparing necessary analyses and presentations, such as investment memoranda, Board of Directors approval presentations, and any other analysis reports or presentation materials required by the workflow and management.
Possess strong numerical skills and leadership skills to drive our organization's operations and improve financial performance
Ensuring timely and quality financial reporting that meets public company shareholders’ requirements
Planning and setting strategy to present financial report to maximize shareholders’ interest
Overseeing operational performance and monitoring cash flow
Overseeing internal controls to ensure high credibility of information
Managing all compliance, such as tax and DBD, for the company and its subsidiary Engaging with lenders team for debt service and monitoring of loan agreement
Lead business development team or leading your team to meet requirements from potential investors and lenders
Preparing yearly financial budgeting
Coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth operation of a project

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Master’s degree in finance, Accounting or related fields
At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance or a similar role
Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and a solid understanding of financial analysis
Strong Microsoft Excel skill for financial modeling and data analytics
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong presentation skills
Excellent problem solving skills
High responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Good command in English
Able to travel to Myanmar
